  It's kind of sad. I liked the dentist and hygienist but the office seems to have become overbooked. They also made it a huge process to get a refund when I was over-charged. I found out thru the insurance company that I was over charged. The dentist's office never told me and when I called about it, I was told I was wrong. I brought in proof of the claim on my next visit and suddenly my account was showing a credit but the manager needed to sign off on it and they weren't there at the time. It wasn't until my next visit that I was told it can take up to 21 days to process the refund. I was told they would call me after they got in touch with the owner. I finally put my wife on telephone tough guy duty and she was promised the same call backs. No call back and they stopped taking our calls. No apology. Just unprofessional, amateur conduct that seemed geared toward protecting this manager from dealing with customers.

  They always say that first impression is a lasting impression. That's what AZ Lifetime Dentistry has demonstrated on my first visit to their clinic this week. All of their staff, beginning from the front desk all the way to their dentist showed pride and professionalism in their job. Their hygienist clearly explained everything I need to get my teeth cleaned and taken care of. The front desk also showed me the charges on the screen so I know what they are and there will be no surprises. I have an cleaning appointment next week and I'm sure the hygienist will do a great job. I will most likely move all my family members to this clinic.
