- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪WARNING! Expect an average of a 10-15 minute hold EVERY time you call in. That is not an exaggeration. Also expect to schedule 3-4 weeks in advance. Dr Sadek is professional but his staff and organization are seriously lacking. His PA, Sadie Mueller encouraged me to use the IMS app for communicating and scheduling rather than acknowledging the unprofessionalism of their office. ...Their app was down for 2 months and has always been buggy.
